Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Production Coordinator to move orders through each department in the production facility, ensuring timely handoffs and adherence to procedures. In Arlington, TX, you will collaborate across teams, monitor production flow, and report status to Customer Support while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

You will support restocking, denesting, and other production tasks, and safely operate small motorized vehicles per safety protocols. Schedule Fri-Sun 5:00AM-5:00PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong multitasking and time management to track shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of orders through each department to ensure prompt transfer to correct production stages.
• Ensure production follows established procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with all departments to maintain a smooth workflow and clear bottlenecks.
• Monitor Fast Pass, stalled order reports, IR rack, and Chapel audits.
• Update the Customer Support Team on order status when requested.
• Assist with additional production tasks (restocking, denesting, etc.).
• Safely maneuver small motorized vehicles following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
