SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator to facilitate the flow of orders through the facility. You will work across departments to move orders to the proper production stages, ensure adherence to procedures, and keep communication open with the Customer Support Team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the flow of orders through each department in the facility, ensuring customer orders are promptly transferred to the correct stages of the production process
• Assist with ensuring production is following established procedures and standards in each department
• Communicate and collaborate with all departments in production to maintain a smooth workflow, helping to clear bottlenecks as they arise
• Regularly monitor Fast Pass, review the stalled order report, check orders on the IR rack, and perform Chapel audits
• Communicate with and update the Customer Support Team on order status when requested
• Assist with any additional production tasks as directed by the leadership and management team (ie restocking, denesting, or other production needs)
• Safely maneuver small motorized vehicles through busy work areas while adhering to established safety protocols and maintaining control at all times.
