US Conec, Ltd. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Production Flow Coordinator for the off shift (5:30pm - 3:30am).

You will support production flow by keeping operators at their workstations and coordinating kit transport, material movement, and label printing. In this role you will partner with Operators, Leads, Supervisors, Warehouse, and Kitting to maintain continuous production, reduce travel time, and minimize downtime while ensuring safe, organized production areas and timely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Basic computer skills preferred for printing labels and accessing production systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver kits, materials, and supplies to operator workstations.
• Assign production kits to operators in real time based on priorities.
• Retrieve completed kits from operator workstations and transport to the next process.
• Respond promptly to operator requests for spare parts and deliver required components.
• Print, organize, and distribute production labels as needed.
• Retrieve and deliver tools, fixtures, gauges, and production supplies to operators.
• Maintain material flow between Warehouse, APH, Kitting, Audit, and Assembly.
• Monitor workstation inventory levels and replenish materials before shortages occur.
• Support operators by reducing non-value-added travel and minimizing downtime.
• Verify kits, materials, and supplies are delivered to the correct operator and location.
• Remove empty totes, packaging materials, and other non-essential items.
• Expedite urgent production orders and customer priorities as directed by Leads or Supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Communicate material shortages or process barriers to leadership.
• Work with teams to maintain continuous production flow.
