SendCutSend in Arlington, TX, is seeking a Production Coordinator to streamline the movement of orders through every department in the production facility. You will ensure timely transfers of orders and adherence to procedures.

You’ll collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams, monitor bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement. This role starts immediately and offers benefits and a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities to track multiple shifting schedules and deadlines.
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the flow of orders through each department in the facility, ensuring customer orders are promptly transferred to the correct stages of the production process.
• Assist with ensuring production is following established procedures and standards in each department.
• Communicate and collaborate with all departments in production to maintain a smooth workflow, helping to clear bottlenecks as they arise.
• Regularly monitor Fast Pass, review the stalled order report, check orders on the IR rack, and perform Chapel audits.
• Communicate with and update the Customer Support Team on order status when requested.
• Assist with any additional production tasks as directed by the leadership and management team (eg restocking, denesting, or other production needs).
• Safely maneuver small motorized vehicles through busy work areas while adhering to established safety protocols and maintaining control at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
