Job summary

US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Product Flow Coordinator for the Saturday to Monday day shift in Fort Worth, TX. You will ensure assembly operators stay at their stations, coordinate kit delivery, and manage material movement with dedicated support teams to minimize downtime and maximize production flow.

Key responsibilities include distributing kits, tracking priorities in real time, replenishing materials, and communicating shortages to leadership.

Qualifications

0–2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Basic computer skills for printing labels and accessing production systems

Responsibilities

Deliver assigned kits, materials, and supplies to operator workstations.
Assign production kits to operators in real time based on production flow and priorities.
Retrieve completed kits and transport to the next production stage.
Respond promptly to operator requests for spare parts and provide required components.
Print, organize, and distribute production labels as needed.
Retrieve and deliver tools, fixtures, and production supplies to operators.
Maintain material flow between Warehouse, APH, Kitting, Audit, and Assembly.
