Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Production Coordinator to move orders through each department in the production facility, ensuring timely handoffs and adherence to procedures. In Arlington, TX, you will collaborate across teams, monitor production flow, and report status to Customer Support while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

You will support restocking, denesting, and other production tasks, and safely operate small motorized vehicles per safety protocols. Schedule Fri-Sun 5:00AM-5:00PM.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong multitasking and time management to track shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

Manage the flow of orders through each department to ensure prompt transfer to correct production stages.
Ensure production follows established procedures and standards.
Collaborate with all departments to maintain a smooth workflow and clear bottlenecks.
Monitor Fast Pass, stalled order reports, IR rack, and Chapel audits.
Update the Customer Support Team on order status when requested.
Assist with additional production tasks (restocking, denesting, etc.).
Safely maneuver small motorized vehicles following safety protocols.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

What You’ll Do

Efficiently manage the flow of orders through each department in the facility, ensuring customer orders are promptly transferred to the correct stages of the production process
Assist with ensuring production is following established procedures and standards in each department
Communicate and collaborate with all departments in production to maintain a smooth workflow, helping to clear bottlenecks as they arise
Regularly monitor Fast Pass, review the stalled order report, check orders on the IR rack, and perform Chapel audits
Communicate with and update the Customer Support Team on order status when requested
Assist with any additional production tasks as directed by the leadership and management team (ie restocking, denesting, or other production needs)
Safely maneuver small motorized vehicles through busy work areas while adhering to established safety protocols and maintaining control at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities to track multiple shifting schedules and deadlines
Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
A proactive, calm approach to handling unexpected logistical issues on short notice
Attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills to act as a bridge between team members and departments
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
Previous experience working with production schedules or batch processing

Essential Physical Requirements

Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
Able to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per shift

Work Environment

Manufacturing and production floor environment
Work performed around CNC lasers, press brakes, machinery, and material handling equipment
Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and metal materials
Use of required protective equipment at all times
