In this role, you will assist in training new workers and retraining current employees, ensuring that production quality standards are met. You'll work closely with team members while troubleshooting production issues, maintaining efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
• Must have applicable wiring experience.
• Must have all applicable knowledge and competencies for skilled wiring.
• Must be a full-time employee of Schneider Electric for at least 6 months.
• Must maintain 'Good/Superior' quality with no more than 3 defects per quarter.
• Must be willing to bring personal tool cart to interview and explain 5S.
• Team player in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of new temporary workers and retraining current employees.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide objective evaluations.
• Encourage participants and maintain a clean work area.
• Inspect finished products to verify quality.
