Qualifications

• Candidate must possess MPH warehouse experience.
• Must have knowledge of MPH warehouse processes and systems.
• Must have no more than 3 points with no written policy infractions.
• Must be an employee of Schneider Electric as a full-time staff for at least 6 months.
• Quality should be Good/Superior with no more than 3 defects in Gainseeker per quarter.
• Willing to bring personal tools/work area to the interview and explain 5S.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new MPH warehouse workers and retraining current employees.
• Cross-train and work with individuals of varying skill levels.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency in order fulfillment.
• Handle receiving, storing, and shipping tasks to ensure timely orders.
• Organize inventory with proper stock rotation and product quality.
