Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily floor operations, keep production running safely and efficiently, and directly influence product quality in our Miami facility. You will develop employees, conduct routine quality checks, coach team members, and promote ISO/GMP compliance and Lean improvements while stepping in on the line when needed.

This role requires strong organization, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in English and/or Spanish.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English and/or Spanish.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• ISO and GMP experience is highly preferred.
• Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily manufacturing-floor operations.
• Coordinate, plan, and supervise production activities.
• Keep production running efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality checks and address performance concerns.
• Manage assigned personnel and provide clear written and verbal instructions.
• Monitor team and individual performance while providing constructive feedback, recognition, coaching, and appropriate corrective action.
• Train, coach, and support new and existing manufacturing associates.
• Promote compliance with company policies, operating systems, safety practices, and procedures.
• Step in to perform production-associate responsibilities when operational needs require it.
• Take on additional responsibilities that support the success of the department.
