Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations focusing on safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Resolve day-to-day production issues and communicate updates to the team and management.
• Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust staffing to meet schedules and minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor team members in SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Logistics to resolve production challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily production, timekeeping and material usage.
