You will partner with Plant Controllers, Regional Finance, and business leaders to resolve complex manufacturing finance issues and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or similar certification preferred.
• 8+ years in manufacturing finance or cost accounting.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and finance transformation.
• Strong analytics, governance and risk management within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives and ERP projects.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Operations, Procurement and IT.
• Provide leadership on manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation and costing.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive improvements in financial and operational outcomes.
• Develop reporting, analytics and KPIs to improve visibility for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and automate finance tasks.
• Mentor Plant Controllers and regional finance teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and financial stewardship across NA finance.
