Thales Avionics, Inc. (AGS) in North Kingstown, RI, is seeking an Accounting Specialist, Manufacturing to manage plant financials, close the books, and drive cost control and decision support.

You will partner with plant management and corporate manufacturing controllership to ensure accurate data, KPI reporting, and disciplined budgeting. You will lead cost accounting, standard costing updates in Oracle, and inventory valuation, while producing ad-hoc analyses and variance investigations.

Formación

• BA in Finance with 5+ years in controlling or 3+ years in manufacturing controlling; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Analytical problem solving and attention to detail; ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication, team player, integrity; knowledge of manufacturing controlling and ERP systems (Oracle) a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end close activities for plant manufacturing and inventory valuation.
• Prepare KPI reports for plant management and monthly close package for corporate manufacturing controller.
• Own budgeting and rolling forecasts; load validated submissions in Anaplan and track actuals vs budget.
• Serve as financial business partner to local management; support capex, depreciation and asset verification.
