Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CGFM preferred.
• Significant experience in manufacturing finance, preferably aerospace/defense/government contracting.
• Deep expertise in standard costing, billable rate structures, and cost accounting.
• Ability to translate financial insights into operational improvements in strategic planning and production.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve standard cost structures for Chelmsford manufacturing.
• Drive rigor in billable rates, cost methodologies, and CAS/FAR and US GAAP compliance.
• Develop activity-based costing frameworks to reveal cost drivers.
• Serve as Finance Business Partner to site leadership for operational decisions.
• Lead forecasting, close, and variance analysis with key drivers and risks.
• Oversee inventory controls, cycle counts, and SAP data integrity.
