Job summary

Thales North America is seeking a Manufacturing Controller in North Kingstown, RI to lead plant financials and month-end close for the personalization center. You will partner with plant management and corporate manufacturing controlling to ensure accurate inventory valuation, KPI reporting, and disciplined financial processes.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing controlling, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Oracle, Power BI, and Anaplan.

Qualifications

• BA in Finance or related field with 5+ years of controlling experience.
• Analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented with strong time management and meeting deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills: excellent communication, team player, integrity; knowledge of manufacturing controlling and standard costing.

Responsibilities

• Month End Close: prepare journal entries and analyze variances.
• Financial Reporting: deliver KPI reports and close packages.
• Budgeting and forecasting: lead annual plant budget and rolling forecasts.
• Capex and asset management: assist capex and fixed assets processes.
