Job summary

IFAB Corp is seeking an Accounting & Process Manager to lead daily accounting operations, including GL, month-end close, and AP/AR teams. The role emphasizes process improvement, control design, and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, a strong GAAP background, and familiarity with Sage 500 or similar ERP systems; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close ownership.
• CPA license (preferred, not required).
• Experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or job-shop/cost accounting.
• Experience with Sage 500 or comparable ERP.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day accounting operations; manage general ledger, month-end close, and AP/AR teams.
• Evaluate processes, identify gaps, and design/implement controls and procedures.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and support audits with thorough documentation.
• Develop reporting metrics to show process compliance and accountability.
• Coach and develop AP/AR staff; monitor work distribution and performance.
