Ilocatum in Bartlesville, OK seeks a Plant Controller to partner with plant leadership to drive performance and profitability at a global manufacturer’s high-tech facility.

You will own plant budgets, forecasts, standard costs, and variance analysis; lead cost reduction and evaluate capital investments; ensure accurate inventory and BOMs while supervising a cost accountant.

Qualificações

• Must have hands-on Plant Controller, Finance Manager, or Accounting Manager experience.
• Strong cost accounting background required.
• Experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP inventory controls is essential.
