Novolex is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to drive financial leadership across two fast-paced manufacturing plants. The role partners with plant and corporate leadership to champion cost efficiency, margin expansion, and working capital optimization to support strong operational performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance or accounting required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with cost accounting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and financial management teams with reporting and analytics.
• Identify risks and opportunities and support standard cost processes.
• Partner with plant managers to track cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor cost drivers: labor, materials, overhead, and logistics.
• Involvement in forecasting and budgeting.
• Support capital investment decisions and ROI evaluations.
• Lead monthly production data analyses and operational metrics.
• Assist digital transformation initiatives using Power BI, OneStream, Blue Yonder, and Hyperion.
