Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of accounting/finance experience with 3+ in leadership.
• Manufacturing or automotive experience preferred.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and SAP/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with deadlines.
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting packages.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Analyze variances and provide actionable financial recommendations.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance.
• Maintain internal controls, IFRS compliance, and audits.
• Partner with production and supply chain to identify cost savings.
