Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 5–7 years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing financial plans, forecasts, and performance models.
• Monitor working capital, inventory, and asset utilization.
• Prepare analyses to support capital projects and business cases.
• Analyze variances, trends, and operational KPIs for leaders.
• Support compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and month/quarter/year closes.
• Maintain internal controls and assist audits; support ERP improvements.
• Coordinate treasury tasks and banking activities; travel may be required.
