Job summary

The Controller will oversee monthly closes, forecasting, budgeting, and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment, ensuring controls, accuracy, and timely reporting while developing the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years financial analysis experience, preferably as an Assistant Controller or Plant Controller.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and auditing principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide financial and operational analysis for the Cleveland manufacturing location.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with regional management.
• Oversee monthly closes, reporting, and internal controls for the plant.
• Lead a team of financial professionals and develop talent.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and EHS to drive cost performance.
