Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar required.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of General Accounting and Cost Accounting principles.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP and Hyperion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan with cost standards updates (raw and pack).
• Lead weekly and monthly reporting of actual and forecasted costs, with KPI analyses for unit and plant management.
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial planning and reporting systems.
• Provide oversight for month-end close, SAP entries, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and frontline teams to ensure accurate financial results.
