Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Plant Controller for the Winchester Manufacturing Plant. This role leads budgeting, financial analysis, month-end close, and reporting to drive productivity and protect assets in compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Manufacturing Finance, you will oversee a finance team, manage SAP-based processes, and contribute to cost reduction and operational efficiency through strong analytics and leadership.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Business or Accounting/Finance required.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, product costing, and systems.
• CPA, CMA, CGA and/or MBA in Accounting/Finance would be an asset.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting Management.

Responsibilities

• Report and present the plant's financial results, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Manage month-end close process within SAP.
• Reconcile Plant Balance Sheet accounts.
• Lead and develop plant finance team.
• Provide cost forecasting and productivity analysis.
• Drive cost reduction and operating efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and controls.
• Support capital projects and asset management decisions.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives with Finance involvement.
• Oversee 1 direct report.
