ManpowerGroup is seeking an Accountant to join our client’s finance team in California. The role supports plant leadership and operational teams through detailed financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.

You will prepare journal entries, monitor internal controls, and collaborate across levels to drive accurate reporting and informed business decisions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business and at least 3 years of accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting and/or finance experience.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Analyze operational and financial results, trends, and key performance metrics to support business decisions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, customer profitability analysis, capital projects, and incentive plan calculations.
• Prepare and post journal entries and actively participate in the month-end close process.
• Support daily financial operations and ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting requirements.
• Maintain internal controls, investigate financial transactions, and recommend appropriate accounting treatment.
