Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Salinas, CA and Gilroy, CA. The role supports plant leadership and operational teams with analytical insights and accurate reporting to drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and at least 3 years of experience, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of financial reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and financial results, trends, and KPIs to support business decisions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, customer profitability analysis, capital projects, and incentive plan calculations.
• Prepare and post journal entries and participate in the month-end close process.
• Support daily financial operations and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain internal controls, investigate financial transactions, and recommend appropriate accounting treatment.
