Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to join the finance team in a California-based role. You will analyze financial results, support month-end close, and work with operations to monitor manufacturing expenses, while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 4+ years of accounting or financial analysis, and preferably a CPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.
• CPA designation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results, costs, variances, and trends with insights for leadership.
• Partner with operations to review monthly manufacturing and production expenses.
• Assist with month-end close activities and journal entries.
• Prepare accruals and journal entries per GAAP and policies.
• Complete balance sheet and income statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
