Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Winchester, KY is seeking an Accounting Analyst to own end-to-end finance support including invoice processing, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.

The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate financial results, supports Accounts Receivable, and ensures SOX-related activities are performed in accordance with procedures. Onsite in Winchester.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of General Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with accounts payable.
• JD Edwards ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices from customer service, validating PO details and resolving exceptions.
• Prepare and distribute daily sales updates across Development and Commercial workstreams.
• Produce consolidated headcount reporting for actuals and forecast.
• Balance and process payroll entries including related accruals.
• Develop A/R flash reporting and provide account-level commentary for leadership review.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
• Utilize JD Edwards 9.1 for monthly and quarterly reporting; assist with audits and SOX.
