Job summary

Heaven Hill Brands in Louisville, KY, seeks a Production Finance Analyst to support the financial operations of its manufacturing sites. You will prepare and analyze reports, assist with forecasting and budgeting, and contribute to cost accounting functions, working closely with site leadership and FP&A teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include budgeting, KPI/dashboards creation, monthly variance analyses, capital expenditure support, and cost-savings projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of finance/accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/CPG.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability in financial modeling and options analysis.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Foundational GAAP knowledge.
• Proficient with ERP, reporting tools, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze reports to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards.
• Assist monthly variance analyses comparing actuals to forecasts and budgets.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.
• Support capital expenditure analysis and track project spending.
• Identify cost-savings opportunities with site operations.
• Assist with standard cost development and cost variance analysis.
• Develop activity-based models for forecasts, budgets, accruals, and expense trends.
• Prepare monthly site accruals and balance sheet reconciliations for site accounts.
• Support inventory reporting, LIFO and insured value.
• Assist with cycle counts and audits.
