You will analyze financial results, investigate variances, and partner with site finance and operations to provide clear information for business decisions. Guidance will be provided as you grow technical knowledge and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed before start date.
• Proficient in Excel for organizing and presenting data.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses for manufacturing operations.
• Analyze budget-to-actual results and provide reporting to finance and operations partners.
• Support product costing, operating expense planning, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Partner with operations and global finance to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain cost center data and ensure accurate information in finance systems.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for decision support.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements across the organization.
• Drive efficiency via standardization, automation, analytics, and data quality improvements.
