Qualifications

• Experience with large datasets, financial models, reporting tools, or analytical processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and business processes.
• Experience with Power BI or comparable data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and quarterly execution of the ECM, which allocates engineering investments across Micron's product, technology, and development portfolios
• Perform data collection, validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure model accuracy and completeness
• Produce allocation outputs and supporting analyses used to evaluate investment trends, resource deployment, and strategic priorities
• Maintain model documentation and controls while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process enhancements
• Support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business review processes for R&D organizations
• Prepare financial analyses and models to evaluate spending trends, resource requirements, and business performance
• Monitor financial results versus plan and investigate significant variances
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics to improve productivity, reporting, and data quality
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes, reporting, and modeling activities
