Micron Technology's Boise Front-End operations serve as an essential element within the company's U.S. manufacturing foundation and growth.

The Financial Analyst II role is designed for a recent college graduate aiming to develop expertise in manufacturing finance, budgeting, cost analysis, accounting support, and business partnership. You will support budgets, forecasts, product-cost inputs, financial analyses, management reporting, and month-end activities for Boise front-end manufacturing

Competenze

Bachelor's degree completed before the position start date.
Proficient in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for organizing, analyzing, and presenting financial/operational data.
Experience with accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis through coursework, projects, or internships.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain financial information to diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls, with strong attention to detail, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

Mansioni

Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses to support manufacturing operations.
Analyze budget-to-actual results, track key performance measurements, and provide reporting and insights to finance and operations collaborators.
Support product costing, operating expense planning, journal entries, financial reporting, and month-end/quarter-end close activities.
Partner with operations and global finance teams to assess financial performance, risks, opportunities, and business drivers.
Maintain cost center data and ensure accurate financial information within finance systems and reporting processes.
Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations and decision-support insights.
Identify and support cost reduction, enhanced efficiency, and improvement in execution initiatives across the organization.
Drive efficiency through process standardization, automation, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and improved data quality.
