  • Support product costing, operating expense planning, journal entries, financial reporting, and month-end/quarter-end close activities.
  • Partner with operations and global finance teams to assess financial performance, risks, opportunities, and business drivers.

  • Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations and decision-support insights.
  • Identify and support cost reduction, enhanced efficiency, and improvement in execution initiatives across the organization.
  • Drive efficiency through process standardization, automation, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and improved data quality.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, completed before the position start date.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain financial information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls, with strong attention to detail, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, charts, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with SAP, SAC-P, Tableau, Power BI, or similar finance and reporting tools.
  • Interest in manufacturing, technology industries, operational improvement, automation, analytics, and finance solutions powered by advanced technology.
