Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with plant finance, cost accounting and product costing.
• Knowledge of financial close processes and inventory accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Ability to build financial models and analyze capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain to monitor plant performance.
• Analyze production volumes, cost drivers, and variances against targets.
• Validate productivity metrics and standard cost variances.
• Provide data-driven financial guidance for operational decisions.
• Develop standard costing and manage cost accounting processes.
• Support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and 3-year planning.
• Track capital expenditures and perform ROI/IRR/NPV analyses.
• Support inventory controls including DIOH and material accuracy.
