Job summary

embecta is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst based in Holdrege, Nebraska. This key finance business partner will support manufacturing operations, focusing on financial planning and operational performance. The ideal candidate will ensure financial rigor and operational efficiency while collaborating closely with the Plant Controller.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. This role requires advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP to drive effective data analysis and financial insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with plant finance, cost accounting, and financial modeling.
• Understanding of financial close processes and inventory accounting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve plant performance with manufacturing teams.
• Develop and maintain standard costing processes.
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
