Job summary

Eaton Corporation's Omaha Operations Finance team seeks a Senior Accounting Analyst, onsite at our Omaha, NE facility. You will partner with Plant leadership to provide actionable financial insight, drive cost improvements, and support capital decisions.

The role covers manufacturing cost, inventory control, and continuous improvement while contributing to strategic planning and internal controls across the plant. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to the Plant Manager and leadership team with clear financial insight and recommendations.
• Participate in plant operating reviews, planning sessions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop understanding of how products are engineered, quoted, sourced, manufactured, tested, and delivered in an engineer-to-order environment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams to drive cost and performance improvements.
• Provide financial support for make-versus-buy decisions, staffing plans, footprint decisions, and investments.
