Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Cost Analyst to support plant leadership in Dover, OH. The role focuses on manufacturing cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement to drive operational decisions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and manufacturing experience, with strong Excel and ERP skills to build financial models and perform variance analyses. This is an on-site, full-time position in Dover.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, Plex, or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze manufacturing metrics including labor efficiency, material costs, scrap, inventory, overhead, throughput, freight, and cost per unit.
• Perform standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, product costing, and ROI/business case evaluations.
• Investigate operational and financial trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and support month-end close activities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, capital analysis, reporting, dashboards, and performance modeling.
• Support cost reduction initiatives by quantifying savings opportunities and validating financial results.
