Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of finance or accounting experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Lean principles and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Own internal reporting and controls with adherence to SOX.
• Provide near and long-range forecasting (Profit Plan; monthly outlook).
• Learn month-end journal entries and backup finance tasks as needed.
• Drive improvements in key financial processes to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Deliver analytical insights to influence business decisions and partner with process teams.
• Lead Cost Deployment activities and support World Class Manufacturing Pillar.
