Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in accounting, financial analysis, or financial modelling in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Support month-end closing activities including journal entries, allocations, and reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with forecasts and annual budgets; support monthly reporting for cost centres and productivity metrics.
• Lead inventory management analysis to identify risks and opportunities for performance improvements.
• Track CAPEX project progress from PO to capitalization; report monthly CAPEX spending and project status.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and strategic initiatives within Finance across locations.
• Identify and implement process improvements using digitalization, automation, and process improvement methods.
