Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, business controlling, financial reporting, or related finance role.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP, Excel, and Alteryx; experience with data analytics and digital reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead the business unit's financial planning and controlling activities, including monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, performance reviews, KPI monitoring, and financial analysis to support business objectives and strategic decision-making
• Manage month-end and year-end close activities; ensure accurate financial reporting, IFRS compliance, balance sheet reconciliations, and integrity of financial books
• Prepare and analyze recurring financial reports, including headcount, cost center performance, productivity, warranty reserves, closeout reserves, new orders, and other key business metrics with actionable insights
• Support internal and external audit activities, maintain strong financial controls, and partner with the extended finance organization to improve reporting processes and data quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and provide analytical support for ad hoc business initiatives
• Drive the digital transformation of the finance organization by implementing modern reporting tools, supporting automation initiatives, training end users
