Job summary

Tellus Power in Irvine, CA is seeking a General Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations for our U.S. location. The role covers month-end close, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, inventory valuation, and financial reporting support.

1–3 years in manufacturing accounting and ERP experience are preferred, with English and Mandarin bilingual capability being a plus. The starting compensation for this role is $75,000-$85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of US GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle/MD/QuickBooks).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support inventory data entry, COGS tracking, and variance documentation.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and posting compliance.
• Prepare supporting schedules for monthly financial reports.
