Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Zero to three years of accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems expected.
• Ability to analyze transactions and communicate corrective actions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review daily cash postings for accuracy and prepare daily banking reports.
• Review and issue customer invoices and credit memos.
• Prepare daily profitability report.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries in the ERP system.
• Prepare workpapers and reconcile general ledger accounts to subledger accounts; investigate differences.
