Job summary

AC Future Inc. seeks an experienced Financial Controller with strong manufacturing finance experience in Irvine, CA. You will lead manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and working capital optimization to scale operations.

Responsibilities include GAAP reporting, close processes, budgeting, and building systems for IPO readiness, SOX controls, and external audits. Collaboration with operations and finance is essential.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting/finance experience with manufacturing focus.
• Experience supporting external audits and SOX readiness.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and inventory valuation.
• Own working capital, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management.
• Oversee month-end/quarter-end close and financial reporting.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure ERP and financial systems support manufacturing needs.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain for cost controls.
