Job summary

Dometic is seeking an Accountant in the Finance team in Elkhart, Indiana. You will lead financial reporting, cost accounting, forecasting, and close activities, partnering with plant and operations leaders to drive profitability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include plant-level reporting, general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end closings, journal entries, accruals and reconciliations, plus KPI analysis and ad-hoc analyses for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years in accounting or manufacturing finance; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with financial close, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and reporting; PLEX ERP and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Maintain general ledger and perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results, variances, and KPIs; provide management with actionable insights.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and maintain internal controls.
