You will supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, manage intercompany transactions, and support audits while driving process improvements. The role emphasizes analytical skills, ERP experience, and strong GAAP knowledge within a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including SUMIFS and financial analysis functions.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile sub-ledger accounts to general ledger balances.
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform month-end close, year-end close, and variance analyses.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management analyses.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepaids, payroll, intercompany, and adjustments.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and schedules.
• Maintain fixed asset records and intercompany balances.
• Assist with tax filings and compliance as needed.
