Job summary

The Finance Analyst will be stationed in Elkhart, IN, with travel to North Liberty, IN, supporting General Ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting. Reporting to the Controller, the role ensures timely financial and operational data delivery and exposure to financial planning and reporting to prepare for future leadership within the finance function.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field and at least 3 years’ experience, preferably in a Plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in similar roles preferably including experience in a Plant Operation environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate standard costs and annual review process, inventory costing and absorption testing.
• Prepare data for journal entries during month-end closing processes.
• Support planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for the operation.
• Assist and support internal controls and capital appropriation analyses.
• Provide financial analysis and cost control opportunities for working capital management.
