Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to maintain Fill & Pack equipment for liquid anesthetics, ensuring continuous operation and compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on packaging line machinery while supporting line efficiency improvements. The role requires proficiency in English and Spanish, knowledge of PLCs, and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English & Spanish.
• Ability to operate electronic equipment.
• Capable of operating automatic and semi-automatic equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production line machines to maintain normal operations.
• Assist Fill and Pack operators in minor troubleshooting to improve line efficiency.
• Provide maintenance and perform software changes on PLCs in packaging equipment.
• Train F&P set up operators and mechanics for minor troubleshooting and adjustments.
• Attend factory acceptance test activities at equipment supplier facilities.
