Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to maintain Fill & Pack equipment on the packaging line for liquid anesthetics, ensuring compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize line performance, and support engineering trials as needed.

The ideal candidate has a technical diploma, 3–5 years in US manufacturing, and strong analytical skills. Willingness to work rotating shifts and adhere to GMP/GDP standards is required.

Qualifications

• Tech diploma or associate degree; bachelor’s preferred.
• Three to five years’ experience in US manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand English & Spanish.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production line equipment to maintain packaging operations.
• Assist operators with minor troubleshooting to improve line efficiency.
• Perform software changes on PLCs and document repairs in work orders.
• Provide preventive maintenance and participate in equipment qualification tests.
