This full-time role covers 2nd shift (Mon-Fri) with a wage of $20.09 per hour and involves monitoring premises, access control, and patrolling client locations. Responsibilities include de-escalation, incident reporting, post order adherence, and providing customer service to client personnel and visitors.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and vigilance during shift.
• Professional demeanor required.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct lengthy foot patrols of the property.
• Perform access control duties.
• Front desk duties.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature for assigned site.

Schedule: Mon - Fri: 2nd Shift

TheManufacturing Facility Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
