Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance, utilities, and production support equipment across the manufacturing campus.

This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation to support first and third shift manufacturing activities. You will manage a team of five maintenance technicians, drive TPM and continuous improvement initiatives, partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality, and oversee budgeting, vendor relations, and compliance with OSHA

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of tooling, maintenance or facilities leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.

• Develop maintenance metrics and TPM programs.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental compliance and safety audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for capital projects and improvements.
