Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of tooling, maintenance or facilities leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting assembly operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five maintenance technicians and develop their skills.
• Own maintenance, repair, and reliability of tooling, fixtures, and support equipment; implement PM programs.
• Manage facility infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and landlord coordination.
• Develop maintenance KPIs, drive cost-reduction, and support TPM initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance and promote safety culture across shifts.
