Kelly Services is excited to connect you with a Manufacturing Facilities Technician role in Marlborough, MA. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and other systems in a cutting-edge laboratory facility.

This full-time, on-site position offers a first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and a starting wage of $30.84 per hour. Applicants should have at least five years of manufacturing or lab maintenance experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a facilities or maintenance technician in manufacturing or lab settings.
• Experience with electrical, HVAC-R, plumbing, boilers, pumps, controls, or water systems.
• Knowledge of CMMS (Infor EAM) or BMS/Metasys preferred.
• Pre-employment checks (background, drug screen) required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and related systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and fix issues.
• Log work in CMMS and document activities.
• Respond quickly to alarms and emergencies to minimize downtime.

What you’ll be doing:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on systems like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, compressors, and more.

• Conduct routine inspections to spot and fix any issues.

• Keep track of your work in our maintenance system (CMMS).

• Respond quickly to equipment alarms and emergencies to keep things running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Have a high school diploma or GED.

• Bring at least 5 years’ experience as a facilities or maintenance technician (in manufacturing or lab settings).

• Know your way around at least two of the following: electrical, HVAC-R, plumbing, pipefitting, boilers, wastewater systems, pumps, controls, or water purification systems.

• (Bonus points if you know BMS/Metasys systems or have used CMMS like Infor EAM!)

• Are comfortable completing pre-employment checks (background, drug screen, etc.).
